A question of curiousity and credibility, I have been repeatedly asked how I did on exams. In this episode I announce my grades for the first semester. For those interested in the end result: 3.769 out of 4.0, ranked 10th out of 130.

Perhaps the most contentious issue of our day is the debate over homosexuality. In this shortened version of the original episode, I will look solely at the legal issues concerning homosexuality. (Note: this is a companion episode to Constitutional Law I #41: Sexual Orientation.)
Note: I originally recorded a much longer version of this episode that dealt with the spiritual questions regarding homosexuality. I removed that episode from default availability for reasons explained in the intro to the shortened episode.
Those who recognize the difficulties of this entire issue but who still wish to hear my complete perspective are welcome to contact me for a link to it.

I am pleased to announce a major expansion to Life of a Law Student. Life of a Law Student will be opening up the platform for other law students to record their classes, providing full support and covering all relevant expenses. No podcasting experience is necessary.
Additionally, I am pleased to announce the addition of Amit Varia to the Life of a Law Student team, who will be coordinating all technical details of the project.

In 1996 one of the seminal cases on End User License Agreements was decided by Judge Easterbrook of the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals: ProCD v. Zeidenberg. I will walk through that opinion, explaining Judge Easterbrook’s analysis and why I strongly disagree with him. I will also give suggestions on how to limit the general harm to society that comes from enforcing End User License Agreements.
This episode is under “News and Views” as I take a specific position and strongly advocate for that position.

In this episode I update on lots of little things to do with the site. One of the key items is a change in recording methodology, utilizing my Powerbook’s built-in microphone instead of running one through my iPod.
Sorry if I sound tired on this one, as I recorded it early in the morning.
