Copyright Law #4: Fixation Friday, Dec 28 2007
"Intellectual Property" and 2L/3L and Copyright Law and IU-Indianapolis and Neil Wehneman 5:48 pm
Copyright applies upon tangible fixation. In this episode, we will examine what is meant by “fixation,” including the question of whether a copy of a work in RAM is tangibly fixed.
Note: Due to temporary technical issues, this episode lacks an intro and outro (they will be provided shortly).

You mention in this podcast an approach advocated by Ernest Miller, in which the reproduction rights (essentially, I think, the “copy” of “copyright”) are done away with. I find this interesting, byt a quick Google or Ernest Miller finds a wrestling champion, a potter and Hemmingway. Do you have a link to where I can find more about this approach?

Unfortunately, Ernest has since left the practice of law.
